Everything is simple! You just need to rent the apartments, make "check in" and live there, when it's time to make check out, just leave a dirty mess and make the photos of it. Request a refund from the AirBnb help center and provide this photos! Done, according to the policy, AirBnb will return you whole price!
@Gimena-Florencia0 Stories abound of dodgy guests seeking refunds at the end of their stay, but it is misleading to say that they can do so "according to the policy." The policy is detailed here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/544/
A Travel Issue involving unclean conditions is supposed to be reported within 24 hours of the check-in. This does create a loophole for one-night bookings to get an undeserved refund, but if Airbnb grants a full refund for a completed booking of more than one night, it is doing so in contravention of its own policy.
They does that, that booking appears as cancelled, but you still can live in the apartments. So this method works. Only one thing is to report within 24 hours. That's true!
Scoot around and video (with time stamp) your place before check-in.
Keep it quiet, so if a 'guest' tries to pull a fast one, you can undermine false accusations.
@Gimena-Florencia0 One of many reasons to set a minimum stay of more than 1 night!
