Better managing 2 listings for a single location

I have a large 2 bedroom apartment which i rent out on either a whole basis or with a single bedroom and the second bedroom locked or in use. I've linked the calendars, but i would also like to be able to easily transfer photos which i regularly update. I would also like to be able to prioritize rent of the whole apartment vs just 1 bedroom and shared use of the rest... Ideally i should be able to list the 2 bedrooms separately for shared use, and still have a listing for the whole apartment which obviously makes things complicated.

If it is possinle for you, i see that If you have 2 bed rooms apartment, you could make 3 listings : 

- A listing for first room. 

- A listing for second room 

- A listing which contains 2 rooms, entire apartment.
