Please can someone advise why if i have a guest for 3 months the payout from AirB&B goes down each month.  For eg: first month being say R6000 then next month being R5000 and the 3rd month being R4000.

They give the full amount which is correct, im just interested as to why it is not divided equally over the 3 months.

@Samantha188 - your payout is based on a "per night" expense.

Exactly hence i am asking the question because the last month has more days than the first month yet i get paid more in the first month.  Sorry i am new to all this and i have done so much reading just some areas are still a little unclear.  Thanks
