Blocked dates on my calendar

How do I ask Airbnb a question directly?  Dates on my calendar keep being randomly blocked.  I have not blocked these dates.  I have to check the calendar daily to make sure this hasn't happened again.  I have lost bookings this way.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I have experienced Airbnb calendars blocking off random dates on Homeaway. Despite the fact that the Airbnb listing in question is not live and thus I have taken no bookings through Airbnb at all.

It's not Oct 2019 and I'm also experiencing this issue - my calendar has been mysteriously blocked for the month of October.  It's been 2 days since my support call to AirBnB.  No resolution yet and I'm losing reservations.

I have the same issue. AirBnb has completely blocked all my dates on VRBO. Go into your VRBO account and go to your reservation calendar. Near the top click on import/export. Choose the AirBnb calendar. click on "Do not block dates ". This will free up you VRBO calendar. But you then need to go and enter any AirBnb bookings manually in to VRBO. It's the only solution I have figured out so far. Hopefully until AirBnb get their finger out and fixes this issue. This may have cost many of us a  lot of income.

This just happened to me.  The calendar looks open from the guests perspective, but if they try to reserve a random message about not be able to process the request comes up.  The only reason I found the problem is when a guest wanted to request a longer stay, I could not do it because my calendar was blocked randomly months in advance.
