Booked apartment got booked

Hi, my apartment just got booked for a time almost 1 year ahead. In my settings I didn't activate that timeframe for being rented out, because I will not have the apartment anymore. I am clueless as to why this happened or how I can prevent it from happening again?

Also I just tried to cancel the booking and it tells me that I don't have access permissions (undefined) as an error message?!

I show your listing available for the second half of August and all of September.  If these are not the times you intend to rent, you will need to update your calendar.

You'll need to Contact Airbnb to have them correct it without a penalty to you.

I think you will need to call BNB and ask them for their help. @ 2nd post on this forum shows you all the ways to contact BNB.
