Booking a reservation for a 17 year old? Are Minors ok?

I just had an inquiry about a 17 year old wanting to make a reservation. She is new to airbnb. I am fine with approving but I thought that you had to be the age of 18 to set up an account? Is this ok to approve her if she is a minor?

In almost every state a minor cannot enter a contractual agreement. If you approve the booking and something goes wrong ABNB will most likely not cover the expense and your insurance may balk too. If she is meeting a male who is 18 or older at the residence it would raise a whole new level of legal implications. I would recommend following ABNB guidelines.

Don't do it for all the reasons others have stated but the most obvious for me is PARTY, PARTY, PARTY! Unless you want to be called by your neighbors and get home to a trashed home & police called and underage kids passed out in your home- do not accept this booking.

I let the girl know that she must be 18 in order to book with Airbnb and then I declinded her. 

Anything else I should? Notify or flag Airbnb or just let it go?
