Booking an Instant Reservation

Hi- I am trying to book an instant reservation and am logged in through Facebook.  When I click to book, I am taken to a new page and in the grey out background I can see house rules, etc but there is just an orange circle spinning around....for at least 10 minutes I've let it go.  I have logged in and out several times.  Anyone have any ideas?
