Booking cancellation policies different when logged in vs not

Hi, 

We were looking to book a particular room on Airbnb. When not logged in to Airbnb, it shows two options: $399 for no cancellation or $440 for moderate cancellation. However, when we log in, we no longer see the non-refundable option.

Does anyone know what is going on and how we can get the non-refundable option?
