Booking error after cancelling IDEAL

Hello,

 

I was busy booking a room in Okinawa, but accidentally pressed cancel when finishing the IDEAL payment.

After I pressed cancel, I tried to book again but got an error that I was "already in the process of booking".

But the problem is that I cannot book anymore because my date is now "blocked" by myself! How can I stop my earlier booking process (or finish it) and start again?

I think that in your situation it'd be best to contact Airbnb to see if they can help you with this. I found a guide in the Community Center that explains how you can contact Airbnb.

Somehow the problem fixed itself after a few hours, I was able to successfully finish the booking!

It's still nice to know how to contact Airbnb though, so thanks for the link.
