Booking for a minimium number of days.

This enquiry relates to any potential booking over the Christmas period 2017. I would like any prospective guest only to be able to book at least five nights from 22nd December  2017 to 26th December 2017, leaving on 27th January 2017. My booking status is presently linked to "instant book". Thanks in advance for any advice. Michael.

@Michael100  While a guest can look at your listing more than a year in advance, they cannot book more than a year in advance.  First, I would block out your calendar starting Dec 27th 2017 so no one books for a couple of days over Christmas.  Then, in a couple of weeks, you can open it up after you have added special instructions for availability under your Availability tab.  You can have a different minimum stay for a specified date range.
