Hi,
I have a case were the current booking does not appear on my listing calendar (I am the listing admin).
My cohost contacted me to let me know he has received a payment from AirBnb for that booking.
I am a bit at loss and worried as this is a pretty serious issue if I cannot see the bookings and I am not paid.
I've have tried many different ways but I cannot find a way to report this to airBnb support as the booking does not apear on my calendar.
Can anyone indicate how I could report this.
Thanks,
Mikael.
Hi Ricardo,
Did the admin manage to raise the issue with AirBnb?
I cant find a way to contact anyone.
Mikael.
@Mikael36 All the ways of contacting Airbnb are listed at the top of the forum you are posting in, including the UK call centre number. Give them a call.
Information about contacting Airbnb is also listed under 'contact us' on Airbnb Help Centre.
If it is your property you should be the main account holder and your co-host should be added as such.
Hi,
I dont seem to find any information regarding call centers at the top of this page, I have also tried searching.
The contact form only offers me to contact Airbnb for a specific booking. Since the booking doesnt appear on my calendar I cannot raise any issue via the form.
We have had the same setup with me as admin and my cohost for over a year with no issue.
Its only that last booking which somehowe has gone directly to him as if he was the admin.
Thanks.
I am very confused as to why you can't see the CONTACT AIRBNB: A COMMUNITY GUIDE post at the top of this forum. It is currently directly above your own post 🙂
It is the 3RD post on this forum.
When I look on the Help Centre it offers me the option of the local customer centre number, so not sure why this option doesn't work for you.
If it works for you to be the admin, rather than the main account holder then absolutely do what works for you, but it gives you less functionality.
My bad I misunderstood what you meant.
I have found the phone number and managed to get through to support.
They confirmed there was a bug and are looking into it.
Thanks,
Mikael.
Same issue, multiple listings and reservations going back weeks. Called and was given utterly wrong information that was the opposite of the description of listing admin vs co-host descriptions on airbnb website. Waiting to hear back from airbnb support. Hope they sort it out soon, it's really bad that they are giving co-hosts access to funds that they should not be able to access. This glitch is a huge fiduciary failure on their end and I really hope the folks at airbnb are able to resolve it soon.
