Booking payments

Please let me know whether a deposit is taken at time of booking and how much it would be or whether it is the full amount. I understand the money will not reach me until day of check in but just want to answer a potential guests questions on when balances will be required etc

Hi @Steven8,

Yes, the guest is charged the entire amount at the time of booking EXCEPT for the security deposit.  You are paid the day after the guest checks in.

The deposit is not taken from their card, but held as a charge against the card during the period.
