Booking times that do not correspond to posted schedule

It has happened three times where Airbnb has booked without my concurance  dates that do not correspond to my Sat to Sat bookings which then result in having to cancel the booking and being chargedbecause I cancelled. How do I assure I book Sat to Sat only as I have that posted on the site

I can't see anywhere in your listing where it says Saturday to Saturday bookings only in the house rules or description and your calendar is open so guests can book any day.

Do go back and have a look at your listing and call Airbnb if you are having difficulty setting your dates up properly for Saturday to Saturday only bookings.
