I have a potential guest booked my place and I pre-approved it but his payment is pending. Onmy screen it says that his Verification is pending. What does this means? His bookings cannot go through because his profile is not verified? I checked his profile it is verified.

Then I ask him to cancel his reservation and re-book it again. He said he could not cancel it. The system don't allow him to cancel it. Then I just asked him to contact Airbnb customer service and he just wrote that tehy will revert to him and he is flying off in 2 hours.Any advice are welcome.
