I have been booking through HomeAway and am just listing with Airbnb for the first time.  Would anyone be willing to spend some time on the phone with me and talk me through the process of using Airbnb to host?  Please message me.

I would spend a few hours reading through the articles in the Help Center to familiarize yourself with the Airbnb platform.  Pay special attention to the Cancellation and Refund policies, the Host Cancellation Penalties, and Instant Booking features.  In the meantime, make sure you listing is "Snoozed" so you don't mistakenly get a reservation before you're versed in the system.
