Hello, the guest who left our home today has left the apartment in horrible condition. A fruit glass bowl is missing. Is there anything that we can do?

Take pictures of the apartment to prove how the guest left the flat.

Raise a ticket with airbnb BEFORE your next guest arrive or in 14 days (whatever happens 1st!)

Even if you do not have all information yet, you should raise a ticket.
