Ich verstehe nicht warum Gäste eine negative Bewertung abgeben können über Dinge die in meinem Account nicht vorhanden sind. Ich gebe an, dass es kein W-Lan gibt und sie bewerten es negativ, ich finde es nicht fair. Könntet Ihr für solche Dinge nicht einen Filter einsetzen. With kind regards from Astrid

Wifi is a very essential amenity, this reviewer want to warn guest that it is not there. But you are right, your listing says it is not there. Same as the smoking issue, which the reviewer brings more as a warning.

i would not bother to much about it. Allthough i think if it is possible for you to install Wifi , it would be of great value for your accomodation.

Sorry i am late, but i have a problem with the net. This why i have no WIFI, i have to pay more than i earned from AirBnb. My guest can use my laptop with my stick. When you book a room upside any trouble  and very calm you have acept this. With kind regards from Astrid
