We recently changed our cancellation policy to Strict because of the new flex option that is in Beta that allows the guest to pay 7% more and gain cancellation benefits. Does anyone have feedback on a) how this program is working for them b) if they feel that their number of business travelers have gone down with the strict cancellation policy with flex option and c) if Airbnb is considering changing their requirments for "work ready" listings now that the flex system is in place?
We have a lot of business travelers so I need to be included on that list, but we have been burned too many times with last minute cancellations (very rarely business travelers making those cancellations), that we feel we need to stick to a strict cancellation policy.
