COVID-19 Cancellation

Hello,

I made a reservation in Jan 20, but the trip was affected by COVID-19. We cancelled the trip using the COVID-19 channel on AirBnb in Apr 20, and opted for travel credits.

Can I check how do I check for the refund status? Thanks!
