Calendar and Smart Pricing

HI, I think my calendar is out of wack !

I'm curently overseas and I've noticed that my prices have droped dramatically which doesn't reflect what the next few months should be like with the high season about to start in NZ and summer coming along ! is my calendar affected by my current location being North America ? Please HELP !

I looked at both listings, @Jess60.  For the entire house, the calendar rate matches your base rate and is consistent for the next several months until February 2018.  For the new single room listing, the calender rates are more variable and mostly higher than your base rate.  

I am looking at your rates in US dollars.  What currency are you seeing your rates in?  I wonder if that might affect what you are seeing.  Just a thought.

I think my curency is NZD, when I left NZ at the beginning of August I remember checking the prices for December and summer months ahead and they we're higher. ($134-$154 Dec,Jan,Feb)
