I need help to get my calendar updated for 3 days over christmas.
i sent out 3 approvals to enquiries received in this period. 2 didn't reply, and one replied saying she booked, but then got a cancellation from Airbnb. and she couldn't rebook for my place because it was booked it out. but it wasn't and is isnt. I didn't receive any notification from Airbnb that the booking had been made or cancelled.
however now my calendar says Emily is staying for 3 days. But she doesn't appear in the Reseverations page for me to do anything or be able to cancel. As i didn't cancel this book I should have hte ability for me to book out these dates shouldn't I?
i would really sappreciate assistance here to enable me to book out my apartment over Christmas / New Years.

This sounds like a issue that Airbnb has to check on their end of things. Please call them about this issue because it is either a glitch or something is not right with the guest's account. I have had similar issues and I have been told that there was an issue with the guest's credit card. So please get in touch with Airbnb (which is a toll-free number) as soon as possible.

I have the same problem a person booked one day in the middle of July we only offer a week stay so I reply cancel and explain now it blocks my calandar here and and other sites I need this removed!
I do not think you have the same problem. If a guest booked and you cancel, one of the penalties for host cancellation is for the calendar to remain blocked.
Going into two of your listings with availability in July, I am able to book single nights. You would need to make sure that the minimum night settings are correct for July - use a full version of airbnb on a laptop to do this as apps have been reported unreliable.
If you think there is a calendar glitch, you would need to contact airbnb.
