Calendar is opening on the dates that are not for renting

Hello,

 I am writting you because of the Calendar on your website. It is opening all the time during the winter dates and we are not renting on those dates. We have closed opened dates a few times till now but we have received a reservation today for April and it is not possible because the owner lives in that apartment during the winter. This is not our fault because we have closed all dates properly and we will not cancel this reservation because we might pay some penalties.

Please can you help me, what to do and what is the reason of opening winter dates?

It's a well known bug - happens to lots of hosts on a regular basis. We get it quite frequently.

dont cancel the booking yourself- contact Airbnb and tell them to cancel as it is their problem that the booking platform has a number of bugs.
