California, Lake County hosting requirements for whole property rental.

Good evening,

Our property in Sonoma had to be transformed into a 31+ day minimum rental due to a zoning change.

Since then we had planned to move to Kelseyville & purchased a property in Kelseyville Riviera in March of 2020. 

The pandemic hit & we can't live in it full-time now, so we'd like to turn it into an Airbnb. 
I can't locate any permitting requirements nor any information on short term rental regulations under any Lake County website.
Would anyone mind steering me in the right direction where I could find such?
