Can Airbnb rental be owner-occupied?

I own and live in my condo.  The CC&Rs allow Airbnb. Can I rent out my spare guest room even though I am living in the condo?

@Heidi107 from airbnb perspective, yes you can. Based on the law/regulation in your building/area/city, you'll need to check on that.

We’ve had some issues with damage to our home. We want to park our Sprinter van next to our house and sleep there evenings, also to save on income as we move out with each guest and camp ⛺️ It’s been challenging, and we’d like to try. In our area we can do this, but my concern is that no one will want to stay with us right outside even if we remain inside our van. Any thoughts, or experiences?
