@John925 If you cancel, you will be punished by airbnb - the first cancellation goes without any cost for you, the others - not. Of course with a renter for so long you won't care. You need to consider what is more profitable for you. Long-term rentals are at least half of what you generate on short-term stays, it may vary from place to place.

If you got so many views is the last two weeks, it's really attractive to airbnbers.
