Can I transfer my reservations over to the new owner of the appartment?

I am about to sell my home, which has an attached studio I rent on Airbnb. I also have another property that I rent, and I'm keeping that one. The new owner wants to honor the future reservations and continue to rent on AIRBNB. I know I can't just hand over my listing because of the other property. Is there an easier way to transfer the reservations over to the new owner's site without having to cancel and re-book? I know I would have to notify the guestrs first to see if they wanted to be transferred. Any suggestions?
