Hi there! My husband and I are moving a service (servicing snowmobiles, ATVs, etc, selling parts) business to a neighboring house on 4 acre property that we just bought. We bought the house in our business name. It is a ranch home and the business is only going to utilize the garage/basement level. Could we list the 1,820 square foot livable space: 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Airbnb? Is that allowed? Or must only individual, privately-owned homes list? Any thoughts/advice would be Greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for your time!!

Yes, that's absolutely ok. Both my listings are properties owned by my business.
You would have to make it clear to guests that you run a business in the basement with your customers coming and going during opening times.
Perhaps price it a bit lower to compensate for this.

I have to have my business details on my listings in the EU and it would be interesting to know if this information is hidden for guests outside the EU.
If you look at my listings from the USA does it say the highlighted text, as below.
