Can a guest pay for something after they already booked?

Hi!  I have question.  My listing offers one parking spot.  However, if a guest would like to purchase a 2nd parking spot, they can for $10 a night.  On the listing it says to request this.  That way I would just send the guest a special offer that included the additional fee.  However, if the guest books online and then asks me about the 2nd spot, is there a way to collect payment through airbnb for the additional fee if they have already booked the reservation?  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

The Resolution Center is the best way to charge for extra services like parking. Unlike Special Offers, there's no service fee to you or the guest. Go to https://www.airbnb.com/resolutions and find the reservation in question, then use the drop down menu. Super easy. They'll get a request for payment, and when they make the payment, you'll get a notification. Payment schedule is a little different than for reservations, but I've never had a problem. (Though I haven't used it yet in 2016.)
