Can airbnb help to force a guest to leave?

Hello

I have a guest who obviously does not want to leave but her bedroom is promised to another tenant.

I suggested her another bedroom, she is sending booking requests but does not confirm them,

What help can I expect form AirBnb?

Would it be better if I ask the incoming tenant to make an AirBNB reservation to this room?

@Alexander1041 If the guest has overstayed past her checkout, Airbnb can attempt to collect a fee from her payment method. But there's nothing they can do to physically force her to leave, regardless of whether your incoming guest books through Airbnb. Its your property and you have to manage this side of things yourself.
