Can anyone help. My new listing does not show up. It's for specific dates Dec 29-Jan7. I've listed it, de-listed it, updated everything that made sense...and still it doesn't show up on a search. What am I doing wrong??

I had to contact AirBNB about the same thing last week. I created a listing to host back in July, but I got a private short term tenant for four months, so I hid the listing. When my private tenant gave 30 notice to vacate I opened up the listing again. I got nothing. No views, no inquiries...NOTHING. I finally contacted AirBNB and the CSR rep said my listing was not even coming up in a search perameter specific to my rates, area and amenities. That was quite upsetting! My issue was referred to their IT Dept, but I wasn't expecting much because it's the holiday season.
I did start seeing views within a few hours and my first guest arrived last night. I don't yet know if they actually fixed the issue or if the booking was a fluke. We shall see.

How did you get in contact with someone at airbnb? Can you provide a phone number or email address?
