Can i cancel as a host midway through guest's stay?

Hello

I went to the doctor and found out i need to be on bed rest.  I am in NJ and need  to be at home.  I rented my place for extra money and staying with a friend.  I need to take back my place for breathing machines and other appartauses.  Can this be done?  the family is from italy and they been here 5 nights of 9 nights.  am i able to boot them out essentially?  my life and well being are more important.  I wont be using airbnb in the future so im not worried about reviews or bad feedback.  What and how di i do this?  will refund be partial or full?  do i pay them back?  im new, all help appreciated

Contact AirBnB and ask them to rehouse the guests - let them take care of the negotiation and arrangements - as you say your health comes first and you need someone else to do the leg work.

AirBnB would decide what is appropriate in terms of charging too...
