@Licinia2 as far as I know guest has to confirm that he agree with your house rules before he is able to book . BUT... it doesn't mean that he really did read it. It is like when you install new software on your pc and click next - next - next - agree 🙂
What I did is to mention the importance of reading house rules on the top of my description and in welcome message + I have it writen on paper in my apartment and left on the prominent place like night stand or table in a living room. But, I still belive maybe 10% of my guests actually read it.
Maybe it is the best if you tell them the most important things in person during the check in, or to place notes on adequate places.
There are numerous threads here on forum about guests who don't read a description and house rules and then they are surprised and unhappy.
