I am trying to add a new payment method to my account through my account settings.
When I follow the steps from Airbnb in this article there is no Add Payment Method button.
I already have 2 CCs there but I need to add a new one.
Any help would be great!
i am having the same problem and customer help is no help. They just speak English poorly and leave you on hold if you can even get them to get you a supervisor. Then after 3 or 4 hours of trying, I got a Tagalog speaking supervisor.
I haven't been paid for the last month as it keeps on wanting me to add accounts when my details have not changed!!
What do I have to do!
Hi there. Airbnb it is not allowing me to add my credit card. It is the same one that I've been using for almost 2 years. The credit card is still valid (indeed, I've just booked my flight tickets with it). Any tips or advice? It is almost impossible to get help by phone.

And customer support service did not say anything about that as an issue.
Same here. I'm on a long-term stay in an Airbnb home and my previous card expired. I tried to add details of my new card but it isn't getting accepted. Customer care tries to be helpful, but keeps asking me to follow the same steps as if it would yield different results. Has anybody managed to have this issue sorted out yet?
