Can't book

Hi! I'm trying to book an order, but get an error "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later". I tried to use different cards / book different orders / book via web browser and mobile app, but the error is still the same. How can I fix this?

Salut @Elvina16,

Have you already tried to log out from Airbnb, clear the browsers/ clear cache / clear password and cookies? Then log in again 

- if clearing the cache does not work, do clear the data.

- or putting the browsers into private/incognito mode, maybe worked.

 

Give it a try.

Thanks a lot for the answer, but none of this worked for me 😞  seems that I need to contact tech help as you suggested.
