I am trying to send a special offer - I changed the amount and then pressed 'send' but the figure doesn't update on the booking details in the left hand column. I also sent a pre-approval which is for the wrong figure. The figure is higher than the one quoted because there are more people than I normally accommodate. My poor guest has had multiple messages but I have no idea what she has been quoted. I did tell her through the messages what the figure should be. This needs sorting quickly otherwise they will go elsewhere. I don't want to keep trying as she is already unhappy with multiple booking requests.
For special offers to work the reservation needs to be just an inquiry, if its a request you need to deny the request and then send a special offer. If you send a pre-approval you'll need to retract that before a special offer can be sent as well.
