Can't get to Ratings Page

Tucson, AZ

For three days now I cannot view the ratings page in my admin. I click the "Performance" link, then "Ratings" and get:

"Shoot! Well, this is unexpected… Error code: 500"

Occasionally the page does appear but it does not show any individual reviews.
Does anyone know a work-around?
