Can't make a reservation

On the payment page, I receive a message ""Oops, we're unable to complete this booking Unable to perform action. Please try again through the website or contact support if you need immediate assistance."

I checked that my CC was not declined and also tried changing the payment method. My profile is verified and I have a good booking history with no issues. Nothing works.

The same message appeared when my sister tried using her account with my payment info.

I contacted customer support 3 times and no progress.

Does anyone know why this would happen?
