Hi, a guest of mine left me a nice and positive review but for some reason it’s not being shown on my listing. The guest name is Sarah and she stayed from 23 Oct to 28 Oct. can you please look into why it’s not being shown ?? Thank You

@Pamela750 Have you submitted a review for this guest? If not, her review of you will appear 14 days after her check-out. If you also submit a review, both reviews should show shortly after both are received.
And no one here can "look into" anything related to your private account. This is just a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service.

@Pamela750 I have read some posts here over the past few weeks about hosts finding there is some glitch about the reviews being posted, or being posted much later than normal, so if you don't se it within the next few days, you might want to contact customer service.
While there has been some glitches with reviews over the last two weeks .... I think Sarah's review is showing on your listing. Sarah is from the UK (and you are not) so her review will show as one of your last reviews. Reviews order show differently depending on where the person looking at your listing is from. For example; those who are not from Australia will see Sarah's review first but those from your home country will see the Australia guest reviews first. Check on page 2 of your reviews and I bet it will be there.
