Can't view my messages in the inbox

Hello,

For some reason, I cannot view my messages. I'm trying to book an apartment, but when I click on a host's response, I get a blank page with only the host's profile picture and name.

I've tried Firefox, Opera, and now I'm going to try Safari and Chrome.

No message in iPhone Inbox. This happened from March. I can reach guests only through lap top. Any idea how to get back conversation on mobile telephone?
