Can your mostly white executive leadership even define the word anti-racism?

I've gotten quite a few emails from companies claiming to support racial equity. When I read this title of your email, I couldn't help but wonder if y'all got a black person or a person of color to choose the wording.

That said, can your mostly white executive leadership even define the word anti-racism? If white people knew what that word truly means and how incredibly challenging it is to enact on an individual level let alone an organizational level (especially when that individual or executive team is white), they wouldn't use it so often.

Thanks for donating the $500K donation to the NAACP and BLM, though.
