Cancel Policy for Three Week Stay

I was reading about the long term cancel policy, but I see it only applies for 30 days or longer.  I have several people asking to book around 2 to 3 weeks, and I am wondering what happens if somebody books 3 weeks then tells me like a week in they only want 2.  My cancel policy is Flexible.  Thanks!

Hi @Lisa27,

Under the flexible cancellation policy, "if the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100% refunded."

You might want to look into changing to the moderate cancellation policy for future bookings if you are worried about guests leaving early.

Look into choosing a strict policy also. I prefer it and believe it results in fewer cancellations, yay!
