Cancel a reservation without penalty if offering other property

Hi, need to cancel an upcoming reservation (2 nights in 3 weeks) because I just signed a one-year lease for the apartment (understandable, no?) I would be ready to offer the guests an alternative apartment (owned by another Airbnb host) in the same neighborhood for the same time, even for less... How do I handle this so that I won't get penalized by Airbnb... and may be able to keep my superhost status too? Please advise. TIA

@Kyrios0 contact Airbnb & explain the situation to them. They may be able to cancel penalty free as you have found alternate accommodation for the guest. I wouldn't worry too much about your Superhost status. If you only have one listing you will lose your super host status anyway as you won't meet the criteria for the number of trips hosted during that period.
