I would like to ask about this reservation with code HMABND2CQ5

The check in date 9th May, check out date 12th May. 

Follow my  cancelation policy with this listing ' https://www.airbnb.com/manage-your-space/26388811/details' is stric I just think I will be got the full refund with this reservation, but today I just got email that I will get $21.83, Please let me know more clear.
