Cancelation policy

Hi all, I canceled the booking of my guest and now I need to use the same dates in my calender for exactly same guest - all was misunderstanding. 

 

But that dates are blocked in my calender. Do you know how to open them again? Thank you.

If you cancel on a guest, the dates are blocked automatically as one of the penalties.  Either you or your potential guest will have to contact airbnb with the problem.

This is the what I try to do but I cannot find any direct link to Airbnb help desk. Maybe I am just looking badly, I am new here.
