Cancellation Refund Balance

My first reservations got canceled by the host 10 minutes after I've made the payment but she give me another optional stay for me. I've made my second reservation on the same day which cost less than previous amount. I am very upset that I do not get balance different refund to my credit card that was charged originally, and I cannot check my "Transaction History" . 

Could you please help me? I want to find a way to get balance different refund to my credit card, or at least find out how to contact directly to Airbnb.
