Cancellation due to sale of property

I have sold my property and need to cancel bookings.  I have advised guests by email.  Will they receive a full refund ? Will the cancellations be held against me if I host again in the future ? Is there anything else I need to do ?

Do not do the cancellations yourself. Contact airbnb to cancel the bookings, as selling the property is a valid reason to cancel. If you have already done these cancellations yourself, contact airbnb to explain and make sure they don't penalize you for it.
