Cancellation for reservation **

We granted a penalty-free cancellation to the above guest.  We had done this on Aug 8 but neglected to inform you.

You are posting on a forum for hosts and guests. You are not reaching Airbnb.

Any cancellation and refund should have been done through Airbnb  @SkyRun2  you should not have refunded the guest directly.
