Hello Airbnb,
So, yesterday I reserved, booked , and paid a part for the appartment in Barcelona. Ana, the host, was very rude, she did not answered me, she saw my messages, but no answer, and finally she said to me to cancel the reservation! Very unpleasant situation, I never had that bad experience with Airbnb. Now for the refund I must wait 15 days, but it’s very important to me to find a new appartment in BCN, with similar price, and pay it as soon is possible. I hope that would be refunded.... Very disappointing for that host, absolutely incorrect! Similar experiences?
