Dear team, please explain how

can this reservation be canceled on guests behalf for so called COVID-19 reasons??? The reservation is in almost month and a half and even at this moment today the situation in Poland and eastern parts of Europe is getting better!!! The only side losing money here is me-the host!! Why are

there terms and conditions for cancellation policy when you can change that at any time you want?? Wasn’t it possible to wait for a couple more weeks to see how the situation developes and then make action....come on almost 1.5 months in advance guests are canceling their bookings...

@Luka292  This is a community forum for peers, visible to the entire internet. It's not a direct contact line for Airbnb, and your question can't be answered here by anyone who can look into your account or your reservation number. 

 

Anyway, if the booking in reference was placed before 14 March, I think you're going to have to accept that it's eligible for a full refund, regardless of how you predict your local situation will be in the near future.
