Cancellation

Can you plaase refund guest for reservation ID [Reservation number hidden] as we have agreed and he didnt stay at our place?

It was late for cancelation otherway.

you need to contact Airbnb. This is a community forum for hosts. You are not communicating with Airbnb.

As @Kate157 and @Kittie-and-Chris0 have mentioned, it would be best if you contact Airbnb directly about refunds. I was able to find a 'How to contact Airbnb guide' in the Community Centre.
